A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge has approved a Turkish textile company buying the assets of defunct Microfibres Inc., including its plants in Winston-Salem. A settlement has been reached in the WARN Act compensation dispute between defunct Microfibres Inc. and plaintiffs certified for a class-action lawsuit.
