Amanda M. Perry

Amanda works with lending clients in a wide range of sophisticated commercial transactions including asset-based and real estate loans as well as foreclosures, work-outs and debt restructurings. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island.

She received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in English and her law degree, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

During law school, she received recognition for oral advocacy, clinical work and classroom performance. She served as vice president for the Women’s Law Society, secretary for the American Constitution Society, a senator for the Student Bar Association, and was active in the Public Interest Law Project and the Society of Dispute Resolution Competition Team.

A resident of Richmond, Rhode Island, she previously served as a hotline volunteer for the Domestic Violence Resource Center of South County.
